I think the full version of Creator NXT 7 that Easy CD & DVD Burning 2 is cut from has tutorials. When your DVD is playing, the menu plays a few seconds of each content video over and over again until you select to play a particular one. Drag your content into those boxes, and if you get one too many or want to remove one just click on the little text icon at top right of the box and select 'Remove'. Re the bottom tabs being cut off in your display: Your Windows should have a setting where you can change the screen size of your icons and text and 'other items'.
